“We are all longing for more kindness, more connection, more love.”
For over twenty years, I've been passionate about helping people move from feeling stuck to living more of their potential. That purpose has shaped every stage of my journey, from executive coaching and leadership development to writing Compassionate Intelligence.
Like many people, I spent my early career searching for meaningful work and questioning where I truly belonged. Discovering coaching changed everything. It felt like coming home, and over the years I've had the privilege of working with leaders, teams, and individuals, helping them reconnect with themselves, navigate change, and unlock new possibilities.
Alongside my clients, I discovered that transformation isn't about fixing ourselves. It's about learning to meet ourselves with compassion. Again and again, I saw the same truth emerge, beneath our desire for success, confidence, or change lies a deeper longing to be understood, accepted, and loved.
That insight inspired Compassionate Intelligence. Drawing on research, personal experience, and spiritual wisdom, the book explores how compassion can transform the way we relate to ourselves and others.
Today, my focus has shifted from coaching to writing, though the heart of my work remains the same: to enable people to live with greater awareness, kindness, and authenticity.
Witnessing potential unfold is a light I never tire of seeing. My hope is that this book helps you nurture your own compassionate intelligence and the joy and freedom that it brings.
May you leave with curiosity, a deeper connection to yourself, and the confidence that meaningful change begins with compassion, not perfection.
